New Bedroom & Blank Space

This spring break didn’t go quite as planned, but I did manage to accomplish one goal – redoing my bedroom! I’ve been wanting to start this project for a while now, but I knew it would take longer than a weekend, and college has just been in the way. So last Sunday, I made my way out to IKEA and loaded up on new furniture, lamps, pillows, and a gorgeous duvet that I’m still not over. Here’s where I’m at right now! (Sorry for the zero daylight iPhone quality, I totally forgot to take these earlier and I’m back to my dorm tonight!)

I have one problem though. Blank. Space. And not the Taylor Swift version, because how could that ever be a problem? I mean blank wall space. My ceilings are 12 flipping feet tall, and I have nothing on them yet.

My plan is to make a gallery wall above my bed, with prints and personal pictures. That’s where I could use your help! Do you know or own a shop that sells beautiful prints? I would love to hear about them! I’ll probably need to find/make at least 10 prints, so any suggestions are appreciated!

Oh this is so exciting! :) I’ve been needing to redo my room at home for awhile. I love the white and the minimalism approach to your decorations! Looks so wonderful! :) A gallery wall would be an awesome touch too. I used photos I took on my own, some old posters and some gifts from friends when I made mine. I hope yours turns out just the way you imagine it!

Thanks Gina! I originally had a super bright cotton candy blue, and I couldn’t handle it anymore, so I decided to tone it down with this color! I was slightly inspired by Whitney Blake’s new office, which I’m in love with. Now I just have to fill it up with the right things! :)
